Hello Anna, Dave and Heather,

About the sale of my house; 1987 Oak Park Drive. When I finally made the decision about selling my home it was a difficult and scary decision. I knew we had to leave town for my husband’s work. I knew I had a great house to sell, but I did not think it would happen so fast.

I had called three different realtors in my area. Thinking they would know the area well enough to find buyers. Dave was one of them and Dave was the first of the three to come over that day and talk with me. The other two waited until the next day to get back with me. Being that Dave was there first it was very impressive to me. He showed me he was going to sell my home the quickest and be right on top of things; that turned out to be true. He listed my home, had an open house within two weeks of listing, and got an offer. (To my surprise!) I really did not think it would sell for at least three to six months. Dave talked with me on some things to do to prepare a house to sell and I did just what he said. When the offer came in Dave spent time with me on figures to help get the most of what I knew I felt was fair to me on what I really needed to get out of my home.

Also, Anna was fun working with on how we would word the listing. I think we did a great job together and I would recommend it to anyone selling their home.

When it came to closing, Dave was very helpful; it turned out to be an unusual closing. Myself or the rest involved did not get our checks that day. I was beside myself. I could not get there or to the bank the very next day because of my busy work schedule. But Dave came through again. The next morning he went out to the title company and picked up our checks and brought mine out to me.

If I ever need to sell another house I wouldn’t think twice about calling on your team again. Keep up the great work.
