Jean and I want to thank you for all of your help in finding a lot in the Placerville area. You were extremely patient with us as we changed back in forth from wanting land to wanting a house. You really knew the market like the back of your hand and were able to quickly determine what to show us and what not to. If it hadn’t been for your persistence and you taking the extra step to connect us with a builder, we would have passed on the lot that we ended up buying. We just had the lot graded and are really excited about what we are going to do with the property.
We also appreciated your personal touch. Taking the time to show us your house, inviting us to the July 4th festivities at Greenstone Country and introducing us to our new neighbors really made a difference for us. We not only consider you to be a great realtor, but also a great friend.
Finally, I really appreciate all of the extra work you did to help negotiate our agreement with the sellers. You showed a lot of patience in dealing with my requirements and “attention to detail”. I am quite certain that we would not have reached an agreement with the sellers with any other realtor.
