When an Owner is in 4th, 5th, 6th choice position, they receive two fall/winter/spring holiday weeks. Owners choose 4 Flexible Weeks during the fall of the previous year, 2 weeks at a time. Owner in 1st choice chooses 2 weeks first and so on. Once schedule is set, Owners may trade among themselves.
